Compensation: Starting at $30/hour for Armed and $25/hour for Unarmed (1099 Contractor)

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking Armed Security Contractors to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, property, and personnel in various environments and conditions. Assignments may include fixed posts, patrols, access control, escorts, executive protection or high-visibility deterrence roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services as assigned.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence to deter illegal or unsafe behavior.
- Observe, report, and respond to incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Interact with clients and the public using exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Follow post orders and company protocols.
- Remain alert and vigilant during all shifts, regardless of time or location.
- Always maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be available for irregular, extended hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years of verifiable military service, law enforcement experience, professional armed security experience, or a combination
- Qualifications: Must possess a valid CCW, HR-218, or LEOSA.
- Training: Documented firearm training required.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using required work-related applications.
- State Licensing: Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain a State Guard Card.
- Appearance: Must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic lifesaving/first aid knowledge or certifications.
- Valid U.S. passport.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws
- Prior experience working in protective services or executive protection roles.
