Tyler Demmien is a U.S. Army Military Police Veteran and seasoned private security professional with over 13 years of combined military, law enforcement, and private sector experience. With a background that includes a Department of Defense SCI Security Clearance, K9 handling, and emergency operations, Tyler has led protective, investigative, and security management efforts in high-pressure environments. He is a certified A.L.I.V.E. Active Shooter Instructor and holds multiple state licenses and certifications, including Level 3 Armed Security and Level 4 Personal Protection Officer credentials in Texas. Tyler is an active member of ASIS International, IFPO, PSPA, OCPA, and InfraGard, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional excellence and security innovation.
Mathew Barbour, Vice-President & Chief Operations Officer
A disciplined and mission-focused military veteran with an infantry background, bringing years of tactical experience, operational leadership, and high-stakes decision-making to the private security industry. Highly proficient with all standard U.S. military light firearms, demonstrating expert-level weapons handling, safety, and marksmanship. Certified in Combat Lifesaver (CLS) techniques, with a solid foundation in emergency response and personnel care. In addition to tactical expertise, I hold a strong background in corporate training, equipping teams with the knowledge, discipline, and professionalism needed to excel in both high-risk and structured business environments. Currently completing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration to further enhance my leadership, operational management, and strategic planning capabilities. Dedicated to delivering elite security services with integrity, precision, and professionalism.
